The Concept

NYFF Events had the honor to work with the United Nations team to provide temporary structures for the Security Check-In for Media and Delegates, General Assembly Media Tent and Special Events Tent for the SDG Action Zone. NYFF Events worked with several departments to coordinate with production, logistics, install and strike teams for the duration of the term.

NYFF Events assisted with our expertise in branding development and placement, audio/visual, equipment rentals and overall experience for attendees throughout the week. NYFF Events also provided guidance in adhere to all code requirements and safety of all attendees.

The NYFF Events core team working on the project was on site daily to ensure all aspects of the event were executed successfully and to facilitate any last-minute requests or changes.
