Exciting and engaging work lies ahead. Learn the basics and build experience in the Special Event industry with NYFF Events. We are currently looking for responsible, professional, hard-working individuals to join our crew. Positions being filled:

Truck Driver (Full-Time or Part-Time) 

The Truck Driver position involves timely deliveries/pickups to events across New York City and Long Island. This role also encompasses daily warehouse tasks in our Bethpage, NY facility. You may come across clients on-site, so a professional demeanor and appearance are necessary.

This position requires a flexible schedule with the opportunity for overtime. Weekend availability is a must, as the special events industry operates outside the standard 9:00 am-5:00 pm hours.

Role Requirements:
-Clean driving record with Abstract
-Ability to drive a 26’ box truck across the Five Boroughs as well as Long Island
-Can obtain a DOT health card within three months
-Ability to work early mornings and long nights if needed
-Weekend availability is a must

Warehouse Staff

Hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Warehouse staff will be responsible for everything from loading and unloading trucks, prepping & pulling items for jobs, fixing equipment, doing warehouse inventory, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and constructing elements for events. Must be comfortable lifting 50lbs of weight.

Casual Labor

Do you like field work? Your responsibility is to travel to each event and set-up/breakdown each job. This can range from a carnival to a concert, from a marketing launch to staging, sound, lighting, tenting. You will be expected to follow the NYFF Events code of conduct and dress code while on-site.
