The Concept

NYFF Events and New York University have worked hand in hand for the last 5 years to create Weekend on the Square. The series events over 3 days hosts over 5,000 attendees. The events included several welcome receptions, private tours, a series of performances by local and student talent, small group outings and more.

NYFF Events installs temporary structures for meeting spaces, performance stages, tour series and showcases. Each year the event has a unique theme geared towards the ambitions of the incoming class. NYFF Events works closely to produce the theme, event design, social media aggregation and content management for all event series.

As noted by our clients, registration for the incoming class increases by 30-40% following the experiences received by incoming students and parents alike. NYFF Events is on site all weekend long and managed and produced the event.
